To place one a small solar panel kit must be crafted in the fabricator. Even with panels other structures then habitat have no power. After crafting place the kit in your backpack. Solar panels are solar panels now avalible at the very begining.

I have my habitat with an oxygenator inside but the rest of the base isnt being oxygen filled even though it is connected all with hallways and such it seems not to be pressurized beyond the habitat but i did do all the pressure walls for the hallways and also for the barracks or am i missing something like that the bio dome needs. I get that it s not working but i can t even get it to show up on to let me drag it into the solar panel. From the looks of it the solar panel powers the entire structure when use the function feature on the solar panel just like to know the radius of each solar panel so i can better position everything. Power is not imemented yet. You are supposed to park it near the solar panel and then go into the menu and drag the icon over to the panel but the icon for bikes and gav and stuff do not show thats why i was asking when it was going to be fixed.
